December Haiti Team, Tuesday, December 8th, 2015
Today we painted the transitional house, and moved dirt around the foundation. Our luggage still did not arrive, so we went back to the convenience store to buy more toothpaste and soap. We ate lunch with Robinson and his wife Tina today. Robinson is the director of Kids Alive. Also joining us for lunch was John, Mano, and Erin.
Erin is from Tucscon, Arizona, and she has been teaching the kindergarten class at Kids Alive for the past two years. Erin also joined us for dinner and shared her testimony of how God called her to volunteer to help in Haiti. Erin lives on the One Mission campus near Kids Alive, and she has family and friends in Tucson, Indiana, and Miami.
